Munson and Burns is an association of individual practitioners. The law firm began in 1980 when Houston Munson and Norman Burns formed an association for the practice of law. Houston Munson III and Jean Johnson Peterek later joined the association. Munson and Burns represents clients in matters including personal injury claims, business litigation and transactions, real estate litigation and transactions, family law matters, probate and estate matters, contract matters, criminal defense, insurance defense and oil and gas law.
